Awesome little house between mountain and ocean

My house in the countryside of "le pays de Soubestre" Surrounded by meadows, in a quiet village, birds singing, 70 m away is a daily. The road is 200 m away, you access the house through a track, there is a special atmosphere where I live. You will enjoy the silence here, birds singing, great sunset, open sky form the back of the garden, tables and seats will make you dining outside. In winter we get 20 degrees days, blue sky You can enjoy an open air tennis court 50 m away, a daily at 70 and a 500 m swimming in Hagetmau, a village 20 mn drive where you can also find bigger supermarket if you prefer. The nearest village is a medium size village Arzacq, 5 min drive away, there is all you need supermarket, petrol station, chemist, florist, great restaurants. A small fresh market with local food and veggies on Saturday morning The village of Morlanne, 15 min drive with its great castle and typical small inner road, this village is classified as ones of the most beautiful villages in France. You enjoy an outdoor pic nic around the castle after being in the weekly fresh market (local and organic producers) (Thursdays 4PM to 7 PM) on the grass with an unbelievable open view ... Without any driving you have endless walk and bike rides On the other side of Arzacq, you can find a a small town Hagetmau with parks and all you need, bigger supermarkets and also a 500 m swimming pool, just before this town you can go to a beautiful lake, very nice nature spot with lots of birds You will need your car here, nevertheless if you arrive in Pau terre are excellent transportations and you can rent a car from 4 € a day plus km fees, ask me about it if you are interested. You can go for bike rides everywhere around here, it is beautiful, sure a bit hilly as well, you can walk and discover new things endlessly.
