Lyme Regis cosy studio with private parking

The studio is walking distance to the beaches, seaside, beautiful coastal walks along the Jurassic coastline and the Cobb with its famous harbour. There are cafes, pubs, restaurants, a theater, mill, museum, fishing trips, shops, and lots of events to enjoy. Our accommodation is a light airy self contained ground floor studio, with parking to the front and its own access to the side. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a quiet location close to Lyme Regis town center. The studio is on the ground level with parking to the front. The studio has central heating, is nicely decorated and has a light and airy feel. In the main room there is a double bed, with a TV on the wall, and a small table with two chairs, to the side there is a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge and sink (no hob). We supply (Covid - 19, disposable masks on arrival and disposable gloves, antibacterial wipes, antibacterial hand cleanser, the studio is also fully deep cleaned between visits twice using antibacterial cleaners.) Tea, coffee, sugar and a jug of fresh skimmed milk in the fridge, biscuits and crisp snacks are also included . The shower cubicle and WC are located just off the main room and a small closet is located by the front door with clothes hangers inside together with an iron and hair dryer. The studio has central heating and the controls are located next to the bathroom door if required. The studio has fresh bedding and fluffy white towels. Please note my studio is not suitable for infants with there own travel cots or Moses baskets. Single parent travellers with one child are welcome, but there is only the one double bed available, message me first for confirmation and more details about the studio. Parking for one car is to the front of the studio, to the right of the house as you look at it on the gravel area, or if you have a large car just park on the drive. A short level footpath to the right of the drive will take you to the front door with one step up to the door. If I am not around to show you in with the key I can send you the key code, the studio door key can then be accessed from the key-safe which is located to the left of the studio door and is mounted on the wall, its a small black box with numbers on it. You can phone, message or send an email to confirm your holiday plans with an ETA, if you already have good revues from staying in previous Airbnb accommodation I can leave you a key in the key-safe and send you the code for self check in, or otherwise I can meet you and give you the key and show you in. The key-safe is located to the left of the front door of the ground floor studio, (small black box with press button numbers on it) and you will just need a 4 number code from me to access your key. You can put the key back in the key-safe at the end of your holiday when you check out. The studio is located in a a very quite part of Lyme Regis but its only a short walk to find all that's going on in the town. Great pubs and restaurants in Lyme with a peaceful nights sleep in the studio. Wonderful beaches and a famous harbour and loads to do along the seafront. Fossil hunting is also great fun and there is also the aquarium located on the Cobb and a new museum. You can catch the local town bus from the Green that you can see from the studio at the end of the entrance to Charmouth Close, or its less then 5 minutes walk to the main road where you can catch the X31 or X53 bus. There are also lots of local taxi company's and parking throughout the town. You can also walk into town via Charmouth road, takes about 10 mins or 20 mins to walk from the studio to the Cobb. A really nice walk is from Charmouth road car park, from the studio follow Fairfield Park back out on to the Charmouth road, turn right down the hill, then cross the road into Charmouth Road Car Park, just walk to the bottom side of the car park, past the toilet block, and you can then follow the steps down to the sea and enjoy the stunning view and the stunning walk at the bottom, turn right at the bottom of the steps for the town and the Cobb. Lyme is quite hilly, the walk to the pubs and sea front is about 10 mins walk (0.7 of a mile measured) and is easy going as its in part down hill, the walk back from the pubs and sea front does involve walking back which in part is hilly. Taxes and bus's run frequently if walking is a problem. The main benefit of the location of the studio is its within walking distance to pubs , restraints and shops and sea front, but more importantly the studio has private off road safe parking, unlike a lot of the other guest accommodation in Lyme. Car parking in Lyme can be difficult, especially during the summer, so any off road parking offered with accommodation is a bonus. My studio is ideally situated for a great holiday in Lyme and offers off road private parking.
