The station is 5 minutes walk away with frequent trains to Stoke and Crewe and there is a short drive to the M6 at Junction 16. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor and a third bedroom that is furnished as a dressing room. Alsager with its myriad of shops, bars and restaurants is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive. The house is warm and cosy yet has a cool and contemporary feel to it with hand painted upcycled furniture, new sofas and new carpets and flooring throughout. The two main bedrooms have double beds and wardrobe space with hangers. The third bedroom is now a dressing room with a dressing table that can double as a workstation and has ample drawer storage. The bathroom is modern and new with a quality power shower over a bath. The kitchen contains a full oven, hob and fridge freezer. '18' is located on a quiet close with very little traffic. The town's main park is Milton Garden, which has an ornamental sunken garden, a skatepark, a small children's football pitch and a play area.
