Château Doyac Gîte

The house is very sunny thanks to its orientation and very cosy with a chimney for the winter and a lovely terrace for the summer. It's an old house redone with its ancient stones . It is furnished with antiques that bring a very nice atmosphere. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The house is on the top of the vineyard. We also have horses outside to play polo . The house is on the vineyard but still very independent from the rest of the property. We will do our best to give you all the information you need to visit the region, the châteaux and guide you for the restaurants around. The house is surrounded by the vineyard with no neighbors around which makes it very quiet. We are very close to many well known "Crus Classés"mainly in Saint Estephe, 10 minutes far, and Pauillac, 15 minutes far. There are also quite a few very good restaurants around. In the summer the ocean is just half an hour far with great waves for surfers. The house is about one hour far from the Merignac Airport and there is a train station in Pauillac, 15 minutes far. You still need your own car to go around. If you are interested in visiting "Crus Classés" you should make a reservation in advance. We can give you advice according to what you want to visit.
