Beautiful 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath) garden floor apartment with a big open kitchen/living/dining (70 sqm). The whole internal area is 110 sqm. There's a terrace of about 50 sqm and a garden of 60 sqm. One side of the garden is open and connected to the community garden in which there are 3 community pools and playgrounds for children. It's located in La Quinta gated development. Amazing open views to the natural landscape and the lake of the Golf Club. The urbanization is very well maintained and constantly improving. Open and panoramic views to the golf course and the mountains. There are 3 pool, 2 for adults and 1 for kids. There are covered/uncovered parking available for our guests. La Quinta area is situated in the heart of the Golf Valley, 10 minutes from Puerto Banús and 15 minutes to Marbella city center with easy access to the toll road (including the motorway AP7). There is a supermarket called Mercadona which prices are low and there are lots of fresh food, fruit and bakery available. Nearest Mercadona is about 10 minutes drive from the apartment. There is also little shops around the area too. La Quinta is the most luxury urbanization in Nueva Andalucia-Marbella Banus. We suggest Gamonal Restaurant to taste typical spanish food in a very nice place, it is just 3 minutes driving from the apartment. In case of emergency Marbella's Hospital Costa del Sol is just 10 minutes driving from the apartment, you can find it at the address: A-7, Km (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Marbella, Málaga. The bus line of La Quinta is L-76. Check in time is between 15:00 and 20:00, in case of late check in is compulsory to pay an extra cost which depends on the actual arrival time. Check out must be made by 12 noon. Late check out is granted based on the availability of the apartment by paying an extra cost which depends on the time the apartment will be released. Pets are allowed but it is compulsory to pay an extra cost of 35€ at the arrival.
