Brellas two bedroom apartment was designed to accommodate contract and project workers - people who are in Maryborough for long enough to want HOME not a motel room. The two queen size bedrooms have their own ensuites and study nook, smart TV, wifi, fans and air-conditioner. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen and dining equipment.. Business professionals, contract workers and couples Brellas was designed to make a short business stay easy. It is centrally located and has parking for up to eight vehicles. Its well appointed indoor and outdoor living spaces are ideal for meetings. The apartment has a massive deck with outdoor BBQ, dining and lounge. If you are in Maryborough on holidays or for a family event this accommodation is perfect for two couples. It has a single trundle bed for overnight guests. Anyone is welcome. I live at the property and you are welcome to enjoy the gardens and pick the herbs and flowers and borrow whatever I own. I cook and often share my food with my guests. I am happy to share my pantry with guests so they need only purchase the fresh food they intend to eat. I have a good knowledge of the area and regularly take guests for a grand tour so that they can familiarize themselves with Maryborough. I am happy to hang out and bring in washing. Whatever makes it feel like home. This is a quiet neighborhood so no one elses noise will bother you. On the upside you can sit out and talk and laugh and the neighbours are so far away they can't hear you There is a bus that passes the door every hour. It is a 15 minute walk from the town centre and 7-8 minutes walk to the nearest shop and hotel The property also includes a three bedroom house which Is currently let on a full time basis.
