Artist house

Welcome to my cosy stone house in a historic village of merchandise. The house offers an open room with american kitchen, a galerie (with two beds) and a separat bedroom, bathroom and a garden. It's perfect for couples or family for 3-4 persons. You have wifi access, coffee and tee for your arriving. If you like the country side, calme and home feeling your are right in this place. I recommande to take a car to come here. The house offers a nice fire place, an stimulating ambiance for creation, writing, composing... There are music instruments you can use (piano, guitar, accordion) book library ... The garden is next to the kitchen, so it is very pleasant to take breakfast outside in the morning and see the sunrising. You can use all the house (except one closed room). From the big living room with intégrate kitchen you reach the bathroum, the sleeping room with a double bed, the garden and the stairs wich brings you up to the mezzanine in the second "half open" sleeping roum with two single beds. Je suis joignable par téléphone et internet. We can communicate by telephone or internet. The village is an old colporteur village with an roman church from the 12th century and underground passages wich are closed actually. The village is constructed like a horseshoe-shaped around a beautiful valley. The village people are friendly and open mind. My neighbors are english, but also lot of french people in the village speaks french and are very helpful. Around Nanclars are a lot of incredible historical roman architectures like the Abbaye de Saint Amant de Boixe, old celtic tumulus, castles ( La Rochefoucauld,Angouleme, Verteuil etc... I recommande you to come with a car to be independent. Public transport in the village is only the school bus wich comes 4 times a day. 7.30 and 8.30 am and 16.30 and 17.30 pm. It brings you to the villages around and Manlse the next town (5 km). From Mansle and Aussac Vadalle you can reach Angouleme (Railwaystation) by bus. In the village are no shops. Twice a week a bus comes and sell vegetables, meet, also a baker...
