This condo is a 46.5sqm 1 bedroom corner unit located in the 17th floor, with wide and bright windows offering great view of the Manila golf course, Forbeswood Heights area and Mind Museum. It comfortably fits 2 people, sleeping in the Queen bed. However, it can accommodate up to 4 as the sofa in the living room turns into a sofa bed. The condo is wonderfully located in the quieter and breezier part of Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Neighborhood is ideal for running and leisurely walks and everything is within walking distance: - shops, bars & restaurants along Forbestown Road and Burgos Circle - spas, banks, convenience stores and Robinson's Select supermarket just across the street - 1 block to Mind Museum - 2 blocks to Shangri-La Fort and One Bonifacio High Street - St. Luke's BGC hospital - High Street Central and Bonifacio High Street (BHS): a retail and dining walking destination leading to Serendra and Market! Market! on the other end - Gastropubs, lounge bars and restaurants at the Fort Strip entertainment center At the lobby is a 7-11 convenience store. Cabs can easily be hailed throughout the day. Grab is also available and can be hailed on your smartphone if you have one; their service is available throughout Metro Manila with plenty of units covering BGC. Public transit/bus stations is two blocks away. If you have your own car, I have a dedicated parking slot in the building which can be used for my guests. Public parking is also available on an hourly basis in the parking lot across the building as well as in the basement of the adjacent building. - NOTE: PLS READ Due to covid-19 and as per latest property admin guidelines only long-term bookings of 6mos minimum is allowed. - Kindly send a copy of your ID as this is required for check-in - There is daily garbage pick-up service at 6-7am and 7-8pm. You may also throw your trash at the garbage chute in B3 - Other services e.g. cleaning could be arranged during your stay. Kindly advise beforehand so we can arrange the schedule.
