The Great Oak Mountain House

This charming 3-bedroom vacation house is located in the heart of nature in the lovely village of (called) Polje. Here you can relax in a peaceful surrounding with nature and enjoy your journey with different adventure activities such as, walking, hiking, rafting, canyoning, cycling, swimming, skiing, zipline and others. The Great Oak house offers a lot of privacy and everything else one may need for a quality vacation. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a TV, dining area, kitchen and toilet. From the dining room area, you can exit directly to the covered terrace for a morning coffee, romantic dinner or simply enjoy yourself whilst reading a good book. The first floor features 3 bedrooms - two with a balcony, where one can enjoy the breath-taking view of the mountains and one smaller bedroom. The bathroom is fully catered with a toilet, bathtub and hairdryer. In the garden there is a nice place for grilling, large round table under the Oak and authentic herbal garden, where one can pick fresh herbs to use for cooking. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house and a basketball hoop. I will welcome you to the property on your arrival, show you around the house, hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. Most communication is through email, texting and phone calls. Please feel free to call me anytime during your stay. The neighbourhood is quiet, surrounded with vacation houses and forest. The nearest restaurant is just 400 meters away. The house is in a great location and starting point for hiking and other activities. It is only 25 minutes walking distance to Bohinj Lake. The bus stop is located 10 minutes away (walking distance) in the centre of Polje village. Prices do not include the tourist tax (€2.00 adult per night & €1.00 child aged 7-18 per night). Boiler have 80L of hot water. Quick shower for four!
