When Booking, this home is priced by rooms not the amount of Guests. However when choosing your bedrooms, the platform only allows pricing by amount of guests. This is why we provide you a guide for the amount of guests you need to choose when making your choice of bedding/rooms. The unused ones simply remain locked for the duration of your stay. Maximum amount of people on the property cannot exceed the amount of guests you have added in your booking. Will sleep up to three people in separate beds. Master Bedroom ( Bedroom 1 will remain locked) ADD BEDROOM 2: ( Book for 5 Guests even if less) ( check availability prior to booking ) One King single and Single Bed with pull out trundle. Ceiling fan, chest drawers, clothes hanging rack. ADD DOUBLE SOFA BED in LIVING ROOM: ( Book for 6 Guests even if less ( Book for 3 Guests if not booking Bedroom 2) This is a comfortable inner spring mattress and will sleep a couple or a single, and this will be made available for you along with all towels, bed linen and pillows for two people, but you will only be charged for one extra guest @ $20 per night extra KITCHEN: Has Stove with Oven , Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, Some Basic supplies are provided, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Bread, Milk, spices, Eggs, cereal and other items. DINING AREA: with seating for 5 people LOUNGE AREA: With TV ( no Free to air channel guaranteed), Blue Ray ( media Player with hdmi and Usb Inputs.) Google Chromecast for connecting your netflix or similar account. Two seater couch and three seater couch. Wall Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning. WIFI: unlimited BATHROOM: has separate shower and bath, with toilet in the next room LAUNDRY: Coin Operated Washing Machine, Clothes line for drying. PETS: $10 - $20 per day for each dog or cat. Pets will be quoted. This charge will be requested from you as an additional expense after booking which will be required to be paid prior to check in. Photos of pets who will be staying are required to be sent to the phone number listed on HOMEAWAY prior to check in. Pets are prohibited from the Bedrooms and a Penalty of $250 will be charged if this rule is breached. PROPERTY SECURITY: Located on Main South Road, but fully fenced with iron 2.1 metres high and lockable gates. This means, excellent security, privacy and noise reduction on peak traffic periods. Noise is minimal at night as most heavy vehicles use the Southern Expressway not main south Road. Your Pets will be secure and comfortable even if you wish to leave them at home to go out. For sanitation purposes, you will be required to bring your own pets bedding, as we do not supply it. Remote Keyless Entry 24 hours a day. 24 hours check in? , no problems. External monitoring for guests and hosts security. EXTRA GUESTS : Not allowed. No more than the number of paid guests inside accommodation or a penalty will be charged. In the event that you cannot fulfil your booking, you will not receive a refund unless we can re-book the property if cancelled within 14 days of your stay or whilst staying at the property. In the event that you are cancelled and removed from the property due to breach of any of our rules/conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount. PANDEMIC UPDATE: To keep our guests and cleaners safe, we have initiated special house cleaning procedures. There will be at least a 24 - 48 hour period in between guests, which will give our cleaners opportunity to safely and effectively sanitise/clean the property. Linens will also be washed in antibacterial washes and hung out for at least 24 hours in between guests. Our cleaners will practice extremely safe handing practices and additional hand sanitisers will be on the property for guests to use. SELF ISOLATION: If you wish to use this property to self isolate/Quarantine, we will provide you through our guest services the option to have our home host to collect groceries, supplies, alcohol, medical supplies etc on your behalf for little or no fee.
