Taxi services are available but can be busy Absolutely no smoking inside or outside We are a strict cancellation only so please make sure your covered by a travel insurance that covers for covid restrictions if need be as no refunds given Working farm so may be tractors about at times or vehicles moving animals and feeding of animals Silage and hay making commences in June July August please respect any staff or farm workers that you may see **Absolutely no smoking in or around cottage patio garden orchard or farm yard and fields** Afon Conwy (Brewers fayre) 1.5 miles away if you fancy a nearby big breakfast or pub meal but plenty of fantastic places to eat nearby too zoom and just eat delivery’s available from some establishments New mattresses all through Non smoking guests only (due to rule being broken) Unfortunately due to persistent smoking at our other property a Security deposit is now implemented in case of smoking no cigarettes or e cigarettes in cottage, deposit will only be claimed for smoke cleaning expenses or other serious damage Check in after 4pm check out before 10 am please (Cleaning/change over starts at 10 am prompt) so wires do not get crossed if you stay beyond check-out time a fee may be charged Check in 4 pm onwards (or 3 pm £20 fee) check out before 10 am You will have entire cottage to yourselves 5 mins from A55 2 miles from local village (Mochdre) Private cottage, situated off farm drive overlooking fields below (stunning views) Parking area is marked by a sign on wall as you enter through first gate Watch the sunset from the patio or Jacuzzi it’s amazing (especially accompanied with a glass of wine or a cold beer) Bedroom 1 king size bed & Tv (travel cot available for infants) if child is 2 or above and requires bed please put child down as a child - infant is for babies that will use cot Bedroom 2 double bed & Tv can also provide a second cot bedroom 3 bunk bed suitable for children and adults (lightweight adult on top bunk) also room for a travel cot Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge Kitchen has everything needed to cook, pans, bowls, utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher High chair will be set up if infant coming (only one highchair available) Teapot and cafetière, tea, coffee (no cafetière/filter coffee supplied) sugar, milk all available for you to have refreshments on arrival underfloor heating (in bathroom) Tv in lounge with Netflix Selection of family fun board games Free wifi Bath and separate shower You will staying on a working farm, you can watch the animals but do not touch we have cow, ponies, sheep, goats about depending on time of year (occasionally there may be no livestock about) Hoover, mop cleaning supplies available if required 1 toilet roll per day provided regardless of amount of guests Jacuzzi is seated for 4-5 people Patio and parking area with charcoal (not supplied) bbq please clean bbq after use washing machine/dryer in house An earlier check in time of 3 pm may sometimes be possible by prior arrangement, there is a £20 charge if you would like to do this We cannot offer a late check out Nearest Public transport is a 30 min walk but there are plenty of local taxi companies, car to get about recommended or
