Private apartment extraordinarily furnished within a XVIICent. countryhouse with a grand garden and swimming pool located in the famous Franciacorta wine region. Very short drive to Lake Iseo, Brescia and the main highway to Venice and Milan. Less than an hour drive to Bergamo, Milan Linate and Verona airports. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, the other one can be set up with 3 single beds or one double bed and one single one. Both bathrooms are en-suite and equipped with showers. The large living room has high ceilings (5metres) and hosts a covered kitchen. There is a direct access to a beautiful "loggia" overviewing the garden, where you will find a table and chairs to enjoy your al fresco dinners! It is fitted with air conditioning and wifi The house is fully independent from the main one where we live and you will be the only guest in it. Our guests are invited to enjoy the garden and the pool with us. We live in the same property and are present most of the time and will be happy to help in case of need and to support our guests with any kind of suggestions or advice if needed The apartment is indipendent although attached to the main house, where we live. It has been recently fitted with air conditioning, free wifi connection, and Netflix and Prime Video arr also available. There is a wide parking inside the property. The structure and the furniture of the house, besides the presence of a swimming pool, make this flat unsuitable to small children. We do expect a high sense of respect for the whole place.
