A beautifully renovated private one bedroom apartment, own entrance, secluded outside area, bathroom fully equipped kitchen, lounge area….on a quiet leafy street. Free parking. Use of laundry please ask for keys. Hornsby has everything. Stroll to cafes, parks, shops, trains, Buses, Westfields shopping Centre, Cinemas's, restaurants, library, RSL, Swimming Pool, and weekly organic farmers market . A great space for up to 4 adults and kids and your furry friends. Secluded outdoor seating area. There is a comfortable King size bed and a large double sofa bed with a sprung mattress in the lounge room. Please include number of guests. The living area is a good size. .There is a smart tv, free and fast wifi, office space with desk and office chair, sofa and breakfast bar. There is tea, coffee, etc and a great Nespresso capsule coffee machine. There are wonderfull bush views across the Berowra valley from the lounge bay window seat. We have reverse cycle air conditioner, fans and for winter some extra quilts and covers and there is extra bedding and pillows in the wardrobes for the pull out sofa bed. Free use of laundry available for guests please ask for keys. Clothes airer in apartment. If you require early check in or late check out please message me. We do accept all pets but please no jumping on the furniture. There are many lovely walks around our place to take them out It’s a short walk to all the amenities in Hornsby. There’s loads of street parking out the front of the property. Trains and buses run regularly to central Coast and City from Hornsby station. Here you have a private apartment, a small secluded outdoor seating area and inside an ensuite bathroom and large double bedroom with huge king size bed, a double sofa bed in the lounge and a private separate entrance. There is an eat in kitchen dîner and living space with adequate seating and air con /heating. Use of laundry for guests on request please ask for key. There is plenty of free street parking outside. The apartment is all yours and your kids or pets accessed by a very small flight of stairs to your front door. Happy to provide directions and details of all amenities in the area and answer any questions that you may have. We are available. The apartment you have is attached but completely separate from our house so you have your own private entrance and privacy. A quiet beautiful area but close enough to all amenities...very easy to get to the city CBD by train. Please be aware it will take an hour door to door to get to the city. We have lots of free street parking available at the front of the house. No parking on our property or the footpath or the grass verge please. We are surrounded by local bush walks with many National Parks around us for lovely walks for nature lovers. This area of Hornsby is full of beautiful trees with abundant wildlife and birds with wide leafy streets. Our air bnb apartment is walking distance to Hornsby trains station, cafes, Westfields shopping Mall and 10 min by car to Hornsby Hospital...The trains run frequently to Sydney Central, Newcastle and the Central Coast From my place it's a leisurely walk to Hornsby city centre and train station and bus station. Trains run regularly to Central Sydney CBD. You can get an express train directly to Sydney Central Station. The express takes 40 minutes...The slow trains take 50 minutes to the CBD....(don't take the slow trains)There is some street parking close to station and commuter parking in Westfields shopping centre next to the train station, 3 Hours free parking in Westfields and two large council run car parks outside the shopping centre close to the bus depot And free up to 3 hrs Kids and pets stay for free!!! don’t add them to your booking request just let me know so I can prepare extra linen etc It's 45 minutes by express train to the city and my apartment Is a pleasant walk away from Hornsby train station and bus depot or its 2 mins by car. Westfields shopping centre is next to the train station with free parking for 3 hrs, over 300 shops, cafes, restaurants, RSL club, open air swimming pool, library and cinema. Thursday is local farmers market day with organic fresh produce...we are 30 minutes drive to the beautiful Northern Beaches including the famous Palm Beach where they film Home and Away. 45 minutes to beautiful Central Coast and very quite beaches, a short drive to Berowra waters with boating, fishing, kayaking....BBQ area, walks, etc....and a short drive Ku-Ring-gui National park....with abundant wildlife, walks, birds, breathtaking views, peace and tranquility. We also have lovely Lisgar Gardens just 5 minutes walk from our place and numerous beautiful walking and cycling tracks close by our home. We are surrounded by the Berowra Valley National Park one of Hornsby’s best kept secrets and because it’s off the tourist radar you see very few people. Its very quiet and peacefull here with lush and beautiful scenery and wildlife. We are pet friendly so feel free to bring your furry friends absolutely free of charge
