A beautiful contemporary Holiday Lodge in a magical woodland and lakeside setting. With one double bedroom, a cozy mezzanine sleeping area for children and a sofa bed the lodges can sleep up too six people. There is a compact yet beautiful handmade kitchen, toilet and shower room, under floor heating and log burner. For that extra bit of luxury there is a stunning log fired contemporary Swedish hot bath on the large decking area outside. Set in a magical woodland and lakeside location near Falmouth and the Helford River, Trecombe Lakes is the perfect idyllic setting for a tranquil and picturesque holiday in Cornwall. Our mission is to provide beautiful lakeside holiday accommodation in Cornwall, with luxury glamping pods and lodges within a tranquil idyllic setting. Our accommodation and location are perfect for families who want a taste of the great outdoors or couples looking for a breather from busy everyday life. Feel free to explore our nine acres of lakes and woodland where you will discover a row boat and canoe as well as a woodland play area with an upturned boat, climbing wall, tree house,climbing nets and rope swings. For peace of mind the woodland play area and Pods are fenced off from the lakes and are only accessible through a wooden gate. There is a lodge house which provides a small communal area with a large fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a TV link to our barn owl, bat and bird box cameras as well as books, games and general information that all our guests are welcome to enjoy. We do not live on site but are there every day and are always available if needed Other wise we will leave you alone to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Trecombe Lakes. If you can muster up the energy to leave the tranquility and comfort of your pod or lodge, then there is so much to see and do. Trecombe Lakes is just five miles from the historic and vibrant town of Falmouth with its picturesque marina, quaint and quirky shops and fantastic restaurants. Falmouth is also home to many spectacular beaches, offering a wide range of water sports and beach activities suitable for everyone. From paddle boarding off Gyllyngvase Beach to rock pooling on Swanpool there is plenty to do around Falmouth’s unique coastline. Close by is the beautiful Helford River boasting ancient woodlands, hidden beaches and quaint pubs.
