Welcome to **Casa Bonnita Home** in Leça de Palmeira! A place to wind down in a relaxing atmosphere. Privacy, a separate entrance a lots of amenities make this place an a perfect location close to the famous city of Porto in Portugal's North. + 15 minutes on foot to the beach + 10 minutes to the International Airport by car +20-30 minutes to the city centre by car, Uber, Bus or Metro +10 minutes to the "Mar Shopping" mall/ IKEA by car or bus On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with 2 sofas and a table/ chairs for up to 6 people, a TV, a toilet, a well equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave oven and coffee machine etc. There is a little outdoor area, too. On the first floor there is a nice bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people: 2 rooms with a queen sized bed each and 1 room with 2 single beds (can be pushed together). Ideal for a family with children or 2-3 couples. You'll have access to the above mentioned areas: living room, toilet, kitchen, outdoor area, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. This flat will be rented to one person at a time. At no point are other people present nor able to enter the house. I'm always available to give all sorts of information and could provide tips or ideas to my guests upon request. Leça da Palmeira community is part of Matosinhos district and is situated in direct vicinity to the beaches in the north of Porto. In Leça you will find nice little bars and good restaurants, a tidal pool (Piscina das Marés), the beautiful urban park "Quinta da Conceição (with public pool and tenis courts), an old military fortess, the marina and many other points of interest which will make your stay wonderful and unforgettable! There is a bus stop at a distance of 100 m (line 507), going to the beaches, the shopping and even the city centre of Porto. Around 15 minutes on foot on the other side of the movable bridge there is a metro station ("Mercado") serving Porto city centre (around 30-40 minutes). This flat can accommodate up to 6 people at a time. Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the flat. Towels and bed linen will be provided.
