Early/late check in/ out available at £10 per hour, please request when booking. Holistic treatments also available onsight. With lovely views of front enclosed gardens, the Family Room has an allergy free double bed and a unique, comfortable Highlander single bed. 2 double wardrobes, ample drawers & 32" LG TV for you to enjoy. With great views of the garden the Small Double Room has a memory foam double bed, with a double wardrobe & drawers. A small single sofa chair floor mattress bed can be added at an additional cost of £15 per person per night. The other Double Room has beautiful views of the back enclosed garden, a double bed, double wardrobe & ample drawers. There are complimentary herbal teas, tea & coffee in the kitchen. There is access to the large dining kitchen 16'9 x 11'9 where you can store food, use the utensils and cook You have full use of the bathroom with a bath and shower, soap and towels are provided for you. You have free access to the sunny, private front and back gardens. The lounge is a work area - so the door says "Private" - please respect this The key is under the angel statue at left of front door. I am generally not seen about the house to give guests & myself privacy to feel relaxed & at home. If any assistance is required i prefer it to be done through the Airbnb sight please. If not possible then by text - many thanks, Leisure Centre is a 5 minute walk away. Pubs with live entertainment nearby. Phoenix Retail Park is close by with a multi screen cinema, restaurants, shops, cafes and 24 hour Asda. Local bus services are a few minutes walk away. Local taxi services are fast, accommodating and very reasonably priced. The wi-fi connection can sometimes be a bit weak in the Family Room as it is the furthest room away from the wi-fi connection. If this happens then please use the kitchen where it is good. Please refrain from entering doors marked "Private" or "Do not disturb" as other guests may be staying there.
