La Villetta - The little villa in Cambridge.

Welcome to La Villetta (the little villa) situated atop Maungakawa mountain in beautiful Cambridge. The Villa's position on the hill gives beautiful views across the Waikato countryside, with unimpeded sunset views. Although it feels like you are a world away from town and city life, we are located only a short 12 minute drive from the centre of Cambridge and only 20 minutes from the stunning lake Karapiro. We are fully vaccinated hosts. Check out our (Hidden by Airbnb) La Villetta is a one bedroom villa located on our property. You will have your own separate access to the Villa which has a separate bedroom, spacious lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and its own balcony with incredible views across the countryside. The Villa is not attached to our home. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the sofa in the lounge converts to a sofa bed for additional guests. We also have a spare queen bed in our house that we can potentially move in to the lounge area if needed, please message us about this option. The Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, toaster, kettle and sink. We also provide continental breakfast, tea and coffee for our guests. We also have 2 resident alpacas and 2 lambs who enjoy life in the paddocks of our property. Our home is located across from the villa so there are no shared spaces. We have free parking available right beside La Villetta. La Villetta is the ideal place to come and relax, and your perfect home away from home for the many events that the Waikato region has to offer. We are available at any time if our guests need any assistance at the property. Equally, we know some times the best thing about a holiday is getting away and enjoying a bit of peace and quiet, therefore we operate a contactless checkin and keep to ourselves so you can enjoy you stay uninterrupted. We can provide airport pickups / drop offs (Hamilton airport) if required - POA. We can organise food such as platters and your favourite drop to be ready on arrival - POA. Sanitorium reserve is a 5 minute walk from our property and has beautiful views out across the countryside all the way to Lake Karapiro. Cambridge town is only a 12 minute drive. Lake Karapiro is a 20 minute drive. Hamilton City is a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute drive. There is a beautiful walking track up Maungakawa. There are equally stunning tracks for walking and bike riding at Lake Karapiro.
