Large and bright flat in Rome

You can rent the entire flat or 1 or 2 single or twin beds private rooms (a third bed possible). Private double bedded room also available . You share the 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and the diningroom/livingroom if you book only one room. Parking Our flat is available during holidays it is a 'family flat' with books, WI Fi and the residence courtyard where your children can play safety. You also can enjoy our quite terrace where you can eat or rest (table and chairs available) coming back of your visit in the historical city center! The flat is in a northeast area of Rome near the Ring so very easy if you come driving. You have buses just in front of the building. Direct buses to the Central Termini station and to the city center (30'). The underground B Jonio is also easly to reach. The area is very quite but it is 5 minutes walking to the big mall 'Porta di Roma'. Private parking and building garden A friend of mine will be very happy to check you in, give you the key and she will be in contact with you easily if you need. If you spend your day in the busy city center you will enjoy the calm of the area and the flat. You can find nice 'pizzerias' and shops walking in the neighborhood. Private parking included for one car. Easy access with public transports from the airports (Train+ bus ). You have also the line C of the underground nearby (10 minutes by bus), anyway undergrounds are not the best things in Rome....! From the Fiumicino airport the best and cheaper way of transport to my flat is to take the REGIONAL TRAIN to Orte or Fara Sabina (not Leonardo train) for 8 euros you will stop in NUOVO SALARIO station. Just in front you have the bus 350 and in 10 minutes you will stop just in front of CARLO BERTINAZZI, n°25 which is my place! If you only book a single/twin room the price is 35 euros per night/minimum 2 nights!
