The house is positioned within the country, just a few steps away from a minimarket and a small and suggestive bar; and also it is next to the medieval church. The closest village, Cipressa, is easily reachable on foot (10 min walk through panoramic view path): here you could find restaurants, newsagents and bars. The apartment of 60 square meters, is on one level; entering access in a large room, where the kitchen and living room are combined. Next to the living area there is a large double bedroom, overlooking the large garden. Also, opposite the entrance is a room with two other beds. Both the kitchen and the two bedrooms have a large door that leads you to the terrace; the door of the master bedroom also leads you to a beautiful bathroom, newly renovated. L'appartamento, di 60 mq circa , è disposto su un unico livello; entrando si accede in un’ampia sala, dove cucina e salotto sono uniti. Di fianco alla zona soggiorno c’è un’ampia camera matrimoniale, con vista sul grande giardino. Di fronte all’ingresso si trova una stanza con due posti letto. Sia la cucina che entrambe le camere hanno una porta-finestra che ti porta sulla terrazza; la porta-finestra della camera matrimoniale ti conduce anche a un bellissimo bagno, appena ristrutturato. Completa l’alloggio una bellissima terrazza, dove è possibile pranzare con tutta tranquillità, godendosi la bella vista mare. Dalla terrazza è possibile scendere nell’ampio giardino, con spettacolare vista sul golfo.
