The private 2 storey local house style with fully furnished where is really nice for living your life for sport training at Muay Thai/MMA camps and/or touring around the island. My place located in private area where is safety and comfy then you can feel free and relax as home away home. It has a space in 2 big private bedrooms, shared 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen&dining room. It also has a garden and parking area. Long/short term rental is preferable, shared room is also available. It's also a good place for jogging or riding a bicycle around the area in the early morning and late afternoon. Because of it does not have a public transportation 24/7 and the fixed time of local buses schedule, It would be better to ride a bicycle, motorbike or drive a car for making your trip much more convenience. My house located near the attraction landmarks - 5 mins by car or motorbike to Chalong temple / Luang pu supa temple / Muay Thai camps - 15 mins to big Buddha or Chalong bay or to Phuket old town/weekend night market - 20 mins to beautiful beaches Rawaii, Naihan, Yanui or Phuket zoo -25 mins to Kata/Karon or enjoy beautiful sunset at Phromtep cape or to Patong nightlife via short cut route. - local food and street food next to the door -5 mins to family mart, 7/11 shop, chalong Tesco lotus and 10 mins to homepro villa market -30 mins to Panwa cape and viewpoint -45 mins to the airport. I'm a local people so I'm willing to introduce you experience with local style, local dishes and help to plan your trip as you need in a reasonable price. Be yourself, do as your home entire the place but please help keep the house clean and respect to the law, just fine. Anytime. Local people live in their private properties around the area and near a new Dam where has a trail for taking a walk, run or ride. The another side is a tourist shop where open and busy around 14:00-18:30 PM. - For monthly rental, the electricity expense pay by bill. - Please take off your shoes before entering the house. - Please turn off the a/c and electricity before leaving the room. Save money&save the world. -please do not smoke inside the house.
