Lounge/family and dining area and access to laundry and kitchen. Close to bus stop, hospital or an easy walk or drive into town. Lovely quiet area. 1 x double room $80 per night. 1 x double + 1 x single $140 per night. Guests have access to 1 double bedroom or 1 double and 1 single. Both with access to own private bathroom. Kitchen with all you could need is available along with basics like tea,coffee, milk and sugar. Lounge and meals area to share and TV with Netflix. Wifi available. Lovely garden area to relax in. Garden, bedrooms, private bathroom, lounge and living area as well as kitchen and laundry I can be on hand if needed and live here full time, happy to help with places to see and provide advice on things to do. I do work full time but am not far away if needed. Local bus stop is just around the corner and well within walking distance. Centre of town only 5kms away. Close to the hospital if you are visiting friends or relatives. Off street parking. Very quiet neighbourhood. You won’t be disturbed here! On site parking is available. Bus stop is just around the corner. Town is not far away if you feel like a walk. I do have a small dog who is very social and happy to share a pat.
