On the ground floor there are kitchen, living room with fireplace and stove; upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a room under the roof with three beds and one room with two beds and a bathroom with shower. There is a balcony with a beautiful view of the valley. Outside there is a lawn with a table and barbecue. The chalet is an old stone building, renovated keeping the characteristics of the houses of the past, stone floor and wooden rooms, is located in the small group, but not far from the old town (10 minute walk) where you can go shopping . A ten minute drive there is the town of Morbegno with cinemas supermarkets and a beautiful historic district. Also in Morbegno we have a bike path on the banks of the river Adda. Accesso pedonale posteggiando o sulla strada (50 mt dalla casa) oppure è possibile accedere fino alla casa (non con la neve) con una autovettura con quattro ruote motrici. D'estate: una fitta rete di sentieri rende la valle un paradiso per trekking e mountain bike. D'inverno: gli amanti dello sci trovano piste preparate alla perfezione e gli scialpinisti possono scegliere tra numerosi ed entusiasmanti itinerari. la zona notte è divisa e ogni camera è riservata. La zona giorno per nove persone è leggermente sacrificata. lo spazio esterno utilizzabile è ampio. Acqua calda fornita da boiler elettrico (100 lt- 3/4 docce). dopodichè attendere che l'acque si riscaldi nuovamente. La stufa a pallets va ripulita dopo l'uso a freddo giornalmente.
