A lovely spacious eco-friendly house with a large woodland garden in a quiet street less than 10 minutes walk from Wareham's historic centre with its restaurants, friendly cafes and 1920's cinema. Wareham is surrounded by beautiful Purbeck countryside and less than 15 minutes drive from Dorset's stunning Jurassic coast and beaches. There is a large kitchen diner with snug where 8 people can cook and eat together and a separate large lounge with a wood burner, TV and impressive board game collection! There are 4 bedrooms, one is downstairs and is a twin bedroom with an additional single bed. Upstairs are 3 rooms, one with a double bed, one with a small double and one with a single bed. There is an additional sofa bed that can go in any of the rooms. There is a lovely garden for BBQs in the sunshine and a fire pit outside to cosy up to if it is chilly. There are loads of activities for children in the garden such as tree climbing, archery, football and trampolining and kayaks are available if you fancy a paddle up the River Frome. Four legged guests very welcome. Fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables in the garden to help yourselves to. We are usually resident in a self contained flat joined to the property. We will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday but are available to help you if you need anything or have any questions about the local area.
