Upon entering this secure warehouse-feel apartment, you'll discover a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with island bench and Bosch dishwasher, a contemporary living/dining zone with air conditioning (heating and cooling) with an abundance of light and city-scape through a unique styled arched window. Size wise, the apartment has a large and airy feel and is approximately 86 square metres of living space. Whether you're choosing to hibernate in a beautiful place and take in the views of the park and the city, or looking for a base to explore the beach and everything Melbourne has to offer, the apartment is both well placed and well appointed for you to enjoy. Location wise, it doesn't get better than this: - The apartment overlooks Albert Park, making it the perfect base to enjoy picnics, lazy days in the park, or the Australian Formula 1 when it comes to town! - The beaches are within walking distance: St. Kilda foreshore being just 1km away (10-15 minutes stroll) - home to the St. Kilda penguin colony, Luna Park, etc. - 15 minutes by tram to the National Gallery Victoria (NGV) and Arts Precinct. - The city is within easy reach too. Flinders Street station/Federation Square is around 19 minutes by tram. Often referred to as the "Paris end" of Fitzroy Street, it is amongst some of the best restaurants and cafe's in the area. Trams run outside the apartment which makes it easy to get to the city and surrounds. Albert Park and Albert Park Lake are fantastic to explore and the beach is a short walk away. Getting to/from the airport is simple. The Skybus stops on Fitzroy St, close to the apartment.
