Enter the "Paris" Room in Central Kingston

Please stay at home if you are unwell and always cover coughs and sneezes. COVID-19 spreads when people are unwell and don’t take self-isolation seriously. If you feel sick, even with mild symptoms, stay at home and get a test. Your hosts are triple vaxxed. Our home is within 10 - 15 minutes drive of Hobart, situated in a quiet street in Kingston, close to shops, restaurants, takeaway joints and Kingston Central buses. Check-out is at 10am. The Paris Room is located downstairs on the same level as the kitchen and entrance. The sitting room is separated by a curtain from the bedroom. It has a long desk, hanging space for clothes and shelves as well as a comfy couch. Each single bed has an electric blanket. The room has an electric heater for those cool to cold nights. When you come to stay in our home, we ask our visitors to keep it clean and place rubbish in the bins provided. Outside, we have three bins, the YELLOW one is for recycling such as glass, plastic bottles, paper, cardboard etc. There's the small GREEN bin which is used for household rubbish. Then there's a large GREEN bin is for leaves, twigs, weeds etc. Your room is fitted with a hard-wired smoke detector and alarm. Our shared kitchen is available for our guests. There's a guest fridge in the garage close by. We also have the usual takeaway places, plus Indian, Thai and Chinese restaurants close by. There is a microwave oven at the top of the stairs, so please use this to heat up your meals. Please no cooking in room. We'll be sharing the large bathroom and separate toilets. We are just a 15 minutes walk or 3 minute drive to Kingston Beach. From our balcony, you can see the majestic Mt. Wellington. When you arrive at our home, just come to the front door and we’ll meet you there (because this is our home). Feel free to drop off your baggage if you arrive earlier in the day before check-in of 4 pm. We are reasonably flexible with check-in and check-out times to make your stay with us more enjoyable (just ask). This is NOT a child-friendly facility. Feel free to ask us about the best places to visit in our area. Our home is close to three shopping centres, restaurants, public transport and the beach. There's free off-street parking too. It's a two-minute walk to the bus stop, a four-minute walk to the supermarket and an invigorating 20-minute walk to the beach. Close proximity to shops, quiet neighbourhood with access to public transport. Free off-street parking available. Ideal base for day trips to Bruny Island and the Huon Valley, Hastings Caves and Thermal pool, local wineries and orchards. Also a visit to the Channel Museum is worthwhile, it's in Margate only 8 minutes south of Kingston. If you lose the keys to my home , you will be charged for the entire replacement of locks and/or the cost of re-keying of the locks. What makes Airbnb different?
