Peaceful studio apartment in a tranquil location

The accommodation is a self contained studio apartment situated above the double garage in our garden and accessed by a flight of wooden stairs. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. It has a sleeping/living area with a double bed, settee, chairs, a television and a desk/work area. There is a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, sink, table and chairs. There is a bathroom with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. Wifi is available Guests are welcome to use the picnic table in the garden outside the apartment. There is off road parking for one car and storage for bikes in our garage if required. We will greet guests on arrival whenever we can, and we are happy to chat or give our guests privacy if preferred. Occasionally, due to work commitments we are unable to be there when guests arrive. At these times the key is placed in a secure key box and guests are given the PIN code We live half a mile from the centre of the market town of Hatherleigh. There are two pubs which serve evening meals, a cafe, Post Office, newsagents, a small supermarket, a Fish and Chip shop and several small, individual art and craft shops. Market day is on a Tuesday. Hatherleigh is on the Tarka Trail and Ruby Way cycle routes, is a twenty minute drive to Dartmoor and a forty minute drive to the North Devon/Cornish coast We have a dog and two cats which have access to the garden This is a 'No Smoking' property
