Cozy mid-size 17-th century house fully refurbished, located 2 km from the sea. Bus stop, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, beach and hiking trail within walking distance, 5 km to a big shopping center, 1 km to the motorway. Parking space and access to bicycles available Basic kitchen equipment, stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, pots and pans, instant coffee, tea, sugar, etc I'm available for answering questions during Your stay, and depending on time, for hanging out. Quiet villa area, next to Skåneleden hiking trail. A 10 minute bicycle ride to Långa Bryggan pier where You can sunbathe on the beach or enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant located at the end of the pier, where You also can enjoy some sauna and salt sea baths of Bjerreds Saltsjöbad. Other things to see are Löddesnäs Bird-Watching Tower, Domedejla Mosse, a nature reserve with woodland, tall herbs, ponds, and a mowing field, Borgeby Castle, which in the Viking days was an important hub for controlling trade by both water and land. In the 1000s, the location of the current castle was the site of a wooden Viking ring fortress (known as a trelleborg in Swedish), and outside of the mouth of the Löddeån River, there are remains of a Viking port that at low tide rise above the surface of the water like a row of stones. The bus stop is within 7 minutes walking distance. Busses go to Malmö Värnhem and Lund. By car it's 10 minutes to Nova Lund shopping center or 15 minutes to Ideon Science Park
