Beautifully presented, newly built, bright and airy contemporary cottage. Great location, perfect for exploring Bath and surrounding countryside. 2 very comfortable ensuite bedrooms with king size beds. Open plan stairs into the loft bedroom. Quiet, small cul de sac lane. Parking for one car in front of cottage. One mile walk into central Bath and lovely local scenic country walks. Small park with children’s playground at the end of the lane, 30 seconds away. Coop and deli 2 mins walk away. Warm and comfortable, bathrooms with heated towel rails and underfloor heating, local shops and deli, regular buses or scenic stroll past National Trust Prior Park into central Bath. No outside space except parking but small park at end of lane and beautiful countryside and walks close by. Easy driving distance to Bradford on Avon, Wells, Salisbury, Stonehenge and Bristol. All areas. The cottage is a separate dwelling but no outside space except parking. Always available on the phone. I live opposite the cottage so usually available in person. Good village restaurant/pub with garden in Monkton Combe 5 minutes drive away or 20 minutes on foot. Gastro pubs 15 mins away by car or taxi in South Stoke, Freshford and Combe Hay and in Widcombe 25 mins downhill on foot or 5 minutes by car. Local Coop open until 10 pm and local deli 2 minutes walk away(closed on Sat and Sunday). Prior Park Gardens 5 minutes away on foot. Bath skyline and country walk close by. 3 buses an hour into central Bath; bus stop 5 minutes walk - trip takes 10 minutes. Taxis and Ubers cost £6.50 to £8. Railway Station is 10 minutes by bus or half an hour walk. One parking space is available at the cottage; otherwise local on street parking. The lane is fairly narrow and the parking space is fine for a medium size car. but not a very large car. Space is available for a larger car when agreed in advance. It is a quiet residential area and not suitable for parties or noise. Not suitable for toddlers and small children as no door to stairs. No problem for small non walking babies. No pets allowed. Not suitable for charging electric cars.
