It consists of: _ 1 double room, _ 1 single room with drawers and large closet wall, _ 1 single room with laundry and large size wardrobe, _ 1 bathroom with a shower-tub, _ 1 living room with 2 sofa - including one double bed _ 1 kitchen with dining area and a night entrance with large closet. It is encircled by a little garden, where you can sit for smoking, that can be accessed from two entrances. It is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, fast wifi, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, household linen, and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary crockery. The house is always clean and stocked, but if you need to clean and do laundry, you can find all necessary (in the bathroom, under the kitchen sink, closet night entrance, above the washing machine, including iron, ironing board, drying rack), or ask me if you want a professional paid service. You can have access to the entire apartment and a part of the garden. Someone will be at disposal for any needs. The neighborhood is residential, peaceful and quiet, the neighbors are very helpful and friendly. Between late September and early October, every yea, a part of the garden will be set up for boiling the wine must, for the production of my Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which my family produced from 1920.
