This unique property is conveniently located within a 5 minute drive from the heart of the Darwin CBD, Waterfront Precinct and both Parap Markets (Saturday morning only) and Mindil Beach Sunset Markets (Thursday and Sunday afternoons during the Dry Season). Discount for stays of 7 nights or more is 10%, and 28 nights or more is 12.5%.
