You will appreciate this warm villa ideally located in the peninsula of Portbail, 150 m from the entrance to the beach and surrounded by a garden, both for its brightness and for the quality of its decor and its equipment: television 104 cm, dishwasher, cooking piano + microwave, garden furniture (table + 6 chairs and garden furniture with 2 armchairs and sofa). It is composed on the ground floor of a living room separated from the kitchen by an interior glass roof, a bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm and a bathroom with Italian shower and wc. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed, and a bathroom with bath and wc. A baby cot (umbrella) is also available. The neighborhood is particularly quiet and the garden is completely enclosed. Household linen (bed linen and towels) is provided and beds are made upon arrival. Cleaning fees (optional): 50 €
