The Gables 2

The Gables is a gracious old house on three beautiful acres in Belgrave, close to wedding venues, national park, Trees adventure and Puffing Billy. Surrounded by nature we have many birds and sometimes a visiting wallaby. We do not allow events at all, but we have many brides who stay with their bridesmaids on the eve of their wedding and have beautiful pre-wedding photos taken here. There is a bathroom for each double room. Please be aware that we live on the property in the cottage next door. The Gables is one of the first houses to be built in Belgrave over 100 years ago. Upstairs where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are, the ceilings are really high and the rooms are large with comfy big beds. You are welcome in the garden and you have access to the entire house. We are available but give guests their privacy. We are next to a national park and there are great walks from The Gables. Puffing Billy and Trees adventure is almost on our doorstep and we are a 20 minute walk to the shops and cafes. As you would expect it’s quite hilly so the best way to get around is by car.
