Close to all trams and trains - 15 minutes from the city centre. Originally a coachhouse, this double story old brick building has been creatively converted into a comfortable studio style space. The neighbourhood is diverse and lively in the heart of Melbourne’s alternative district. Guest private front door opens off the footpath . A digital lock provides a new code for each guest.There is a spacious entry hall going up easy one flight to apartment . Downstairs is a locked private studio ( occasional use ) with its own entrance via garage door . Rarely used when guests are there . Keep guest front door locked at all times. My guests let themselves in and i dont usually meet in person. I am available at all times by phone and am happy to go there if needed as i live close by. There are several great bars, pubs , cafe’s and restaurants within minutes walk. Train station 5 mins. Close to Brunswick st and Smith st vintage and boutique shopping. There is an all day visitors parking permit for street parking within two blocks of house. Most places are walking distance. Busses run along johnson st. Trams on Smith st go to city Trains just down the road also to city and north & south. A Myki card is needed and can be bought down the road in Johnson st at the IGA service station We are green conscious and provide organic personal care products. There are refreshments , cereals, and condiments provided. It is not available for any promotional purposes, filming advertising , websites or workshops.
