A cosy house in the old town

The house is situated in the old town where you can still breathe a special atmosphere of the old days. The place is rich with artisan shops that prepare local specialities and the baker's with delicious bread and biscuits. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with modern and functional furniture. It develops on three floors with a bathroom on each one. Two bathrooms have a shower. The master bedroom is on the third floor attic where you have access to a small terrace. On the second floor there is a kitchen with a table and 4 chairs (other 4 folding chairs are also available) and a sofa bed (single enlarged). On the ground floor there is a sofa bed with two separate single beds. One of us will always be available to solve any possible problems. The house is located in the old town so you can experience the atmosphere of the past. With its cobbled streets and a Saturday market with typical local products Giulianova offers you a valid change from the chaotic everyday life. The place is connected to the seaside by public bus service. It is situated 700 meters from the train station. The house is equipped with linen, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board; there are two LCD TV sets. Furthermore, the kitchen features all the kitchenware, a stovetop, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
