Only registered guests, up to 2 for the size of our unit, are allowed inside the unit. Visitors are not allowed at this time. Before move in, building admin requires the following: -Stay minimum of 28 nights or longer. -Medical certificate from the locality or barangay where you are coming from taken no older than 5 days prior to move in. -Regardless of length of stay, lease contract signed by you and me before move in, notarised via an eNotary service is required by the building. -For admin's file, two 1x1 ID photos are also required which can be submitted after check in, anytime during stay. Booking and submission of all requirements before move in have to be made at least 4 days prior to give ourselves sufficient time to complete all requirements by the building admin at this time. Move ins allowed weekdays from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 4 pm and Saturdays until 11 am. No move ins allowed Sunday and holidays. Avida Cityflex Towers BGC is located at the corner of 7th Avenue and Lane T, Noth Bonifacio, BGC, Taguig. It is accessible from 34th Street via the 32nd Street, which is one of the major thouroughfares which extends to Kalayaan Avenue and C-5. Next door to the bustling business center of BGC within reach to everything you need- office buildings, banks, dining, hospitals, churches and all sorts of commercial establishments and entertainment. So close to everything without being in the middle of it all. Avida Cityflex Tower is along Lane T, first corner to your left on 7th Avenue. A 7/11 is across Tower 1 lobby. - Medical certificates showing you are COVID free taken up to 5 days before arrival is required at this time regardless of your length of stay. - No parking available in the building nor can we recommend anywhere for you to park. - Guests (max of 2) staying in are required to register at the lobby and will be asked to leave IDs with the reception, in exchange for a visitor pass for assisted entry to and exit from the building. - No pets allowed - No smoking inside the unit - No parties - No illegal activities - Flexible on check in/ check out time, just inform us ahead as there may be guests staying before or after you. This is too so we can make sure the apartment is ready for you. Reception is not authorised to keep keys for guests so kindly advise estimated time of check out and check in for the key. - Pool use reserved for unit owners and tenants staying for 1 month or longer. - Cleaning can be scheduled once weekly for stays 1 week or longer. - Daily garbage disposal is a must to prevent the proliferation of ants and other bugs in the room. Garbage must be properly sorted, secured for disposal in the garbage room available on every floors of the unit.
