Comprehensively renovated in 2017 to an excellent standard of comfort this spacious, bright house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, one with woodburner, 3 balconies, private lawned garden with covered outside table and wonderful mountain and river views. There are fantastic walking trails from the doorstep including a trail to the Lake and another one up the Mostnica gorge. There is an abundance of other river, lake and mountain activities in the Bohinj area and spectacular unspoilt scenery comes as standard. Fully renovated and fitted out in 2017, Mostnica Cottage is an extremely comfortable and well equipped 4 bedroom riverside holiday home offering a great standard of accommodation in the lovely village of Stara Fuzina, Lake Bohinj. A parking area at the front of the house comfortably accommodates 3 cars. Stairs lead around the house up to a secluded lawned garden with covered table and benches with BBQ. The main entrance to the house is accessed from the garden. The entrance opens to a wonderful bright open plan living room with large L shaped sofa, TV and glass sided woodburner. On the other side of the woodburner is a solid oak dining room with table for up to 12 doors onto the balcony and easy access to the kitchen which is very well equipped and offers dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ring stove, toaster, kettle and a solid oak worktop. There is also a breakfast bar with two high stools. On this level is also a bathroom with shower enclosure. On the first floor are three bedrooms all with double beds, two at the front of the house each with access to the beautiful balcony and one at the rear of the house. There is an additional balcony at the rear of the house overlooking the garden and a bathroom on this level with shower enclosure. On the lower ground floor you will find an additional double bedroom, utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer, 3rd bathroom with shower and a lovely snug room with TV and two pull out day beds giving additional sleeping space for up to 4. From the snug there is also a external door leading to the front of the house. Wifi internet and international TV channels complete the picture for this fantastic Bohinj holiday cottage. The fit out of the house is excellent with solid oak floorboards and top quality beds among its many features. Coronavirus flexible cancellation policy: * Payments are refundable to the Guest, minus applicable bank charges, in the following events applying at the time of arrival: Closure of tourism as an allowable activity / Closure of international border crossing into Slovenia, where the Guest is travelling from outside Slovenia / Ban on inter-regional or inter-municipal travel for non emergency / work purposes affecting the region where the Property is located or preventing the arrival of the Guest / Change to the quarantine regime from the time of booking to the time of arrival requiring quarantine on arrival for the Guest’s country of residence with no exemption for negative tests / vaccination status / previous infection.
