The outside space, equipped with outdoor furniture, is ideal for relaxing after your day trips. The house is also provided with WiFi, A/C and 2 gated parking spaces This cosy house is located in the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, a little charming town that offers all the amenities to make your stay extremely pleasant. Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi is a tourist but quiet and local village that lies between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno, only 10 minute drive from Sorrento. Thanks to its strategic position, it represents an ideal base to discover by daily trips the most famous attractions of the area (Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Mount Vesuvius, etc..). The location also allows to do lovely walking excursions. The area offers several trails along the coast and inland, being ideal for hiking lovers! The house is nicely decorated and very spacious, and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything that’s needed to cook your own meals. Blessed with sunshine throughout the day, the house features a large roof terrace with solarium and 3 lovely balconies overlooking the sea and the sorrounding hills, so that there will be plenty of choice when deciding where to relax! The large roof terrace, partly shaded by an umbrella and well-equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers, will be the ideal place to soak up the sunshine and to share your meals at open air. Here you will also find a barbecue to grill some delicious local food. Even the balconies are equipped with outdoor forniture, making them perfect to enjoy breakfast or relax with a fresh beer or a glass of wine! The house is also provided with free internet WiFi access, air conditioning and 2 gated parking spaces. DESCRIPTION The house is about 120 sqm on the first floor and is provided with free internet wifi connection and mosquito nets. It is composed by a living room with TV, 2 sofas, dining table and access to a balcony equipped with table and chairs. From the living room, through an iron staircase, you also access to the roof terrace/solarium furnished with table, chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, sunshade and outdoor shower. A kitchen equipped with a 5 ring gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker; from the kitchen you access to a balcony equipped with table and chairs. The sleeping area is made up by 3 double rooms. All the bedrooms are provided with air conditioning. The master bedroom features an en suites bathroom with a bath tub, a shower over the bath and washing machine. From the master bedroom you also access to a balcony equipped with deck chairs. The other two bedrooms have a double bed which can be split into 2 single beds if required. A double room has also access to a balcony (in common with the kitchen). The family bathroom has a shower. There are 2 free gated parking spaces available inside the property. I will be at your disposal to help you organize boat tours to Capri and Amalfi Coast, a farm experience and guided tours to Pompeii ruins, Herculaneum and Naples. The little town of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi offers all the amenities you might need, as several family-run restaurants, coffee bars, pastry shops, ice cream shops, and is also plenty of fresh pasta shops, fruit and vegetable stores, grocery stores, bakeries, butcher and fishmonger’s shops, letting you experience the taste of authentic local food! Also is worth a mention the parish church, with its althar made of mother of pearl, and the Monastery of Deserto, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the “Two Gulfs”, Naples and Salerno. Only 10 minutes drive and you will reach Sorrento, from where ferries for Capri and trains for visiting the famous archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and Naples. In addition, the house is only 7 Km far from junction to Positano, where Amalfi Coast begins. The nearest beaches are Marina del Cantone (pebble beach) and Cala di Puolo (sand beach), 10-15 minute drive. Here you will also find picturesque restaurants where to eat fresh fish at lunch and dinner. A car is recommended but not necessary. Public transport is reliable. Buses run frequently and a bus stop is near the house. Note: tourist tax not included: €2 per day (maximum 5 nights, for more you do not pay) per person (under 18 don't pay) from April 1 to October 31. You will pay tourist tax on your arrival (cash).
