Beautiful barn conversion with 3 single and 3 Twin/King rooms, a large kitchen with dining area. The bathroom has 4 shower rooms, 3 toilets and 3 sinks. This bathroom is exclusive for the guests of the Swallows Nest. Each bedroom is accessible from the hall inside but also has its own entrance with patio. The land at 42 Acres is surrounded by ancient woodland ideal for adventure, has a beautiful lake and an abundance of wildlife to enjoy. It's the perfect place to come to unwind, relax and restore–with plenty of opportunity to learn, explore and re-discover. When visiting 42 Acres you have the opportunity to: - Go for long walks in the beautiful woodland - Spot wild Deer, Boar, Owl, Pine Marten, Buzzards & More As well as your private space, you will have free access to roam over a hundred acres of land, including ancient woodland, lake and meadow. Covid-19 Statement: We are currently open and operating safely under the Government guidelines. Each room undergoes a deep clean between bookings and we have systems in place to mange usage of any shared areas. Check in/out: Please vacate your room by 10am. If you like to spend more time onsite or in the area you can leave your luggage in a designated area in the communal space. Check in is after 4pm, please get in touch with us if you plan to arrive after 6pm or like to arrive early.
