Guests have the use of a private garden courtyard - Excluding spa pool, sorry. Located just metres from the water's edge and a 2-3min stroll to Orewa town centre, where there are over 40 restaurants, cafes & bars and a Post Office. Your ground floor private accommodation is separate from our living area. 363 has been designed with complete comfort and quality in mind. Your suite can be serviced daily, or as requested. Fresh towels provided daily and your bed linen* can be changed on third day by arrangement, or weekly, for longer stays. 100% cotton waffle robes & beach towels in your wardrobe. Ample storage with four extra drawers in bed base. Tea & coffee supplies are presented on a silver tray, incl a French press. Fresh milk & chilled drinking water is also provided daily or as requested. All water coming into the house at 363 is HRV filtered for your enjoyment. A small silent hotel fridge is located within the dresser for your personal supplies. Guest parking is available in the Reserve carpark adjacent to 363. Your private entrance opens out to Remembrance Reserve. Remembrance Reserve: A small memorial Reserve dedicated to the local soldiers of WWII. An Anzac Day service is held in the Reserve every year on 25 April in commemoration of all NZ soldiers. Andy & Paula love hosting. We enjoy good food and wine, travel, cruising, meeting new people and sharing stories. We have been hosts of International Language students for 16 years. We can be as sociable or as discreet as you wish. Orewa beach is stunning... with 3kms of sandy beach just a few metres away. It's perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, kite surfing, paddle boarding or just plain relaxing. Cycleways and the Millennium walkway are also at your doorstep. With over 40 local eateries in town to choose from you are sure to find something to satisfy your taste buds. All are within an easy stroll from home. 363 is within walking distance to Intercity bus stops in Orewa, although happy to pick up and drop off. Pls ask. Auckland International Airport is about an hour's drive south of Orewa. Local shuttle services are available for transport to and from the airport. We are about 20mins drive north of the Auckland Harbour Bridge A sumptuous sleep awaits our guests* Only 100% cotton & pure linen makes up your bed - w optional Aromatherapy linen spray. All laundered, line dried & ironed in house. Complete with down medium and firm pillows, plus a thick Hilton style down mattress topper...You may just sleep so well you will wish you could have stayed longer. And when you do find yourself awake and refreshed there are many local places of interest within a 20 minute drive, that we can recommend during your stay. A large 50" pivoting Smart TV enables convenient viewing from either the sofa... or bed. An outdoor hand shower for rinsing off any sand from the beach. We can also offer on request any of the following: sun loungers, picnic basket & blanket, petanque boules, horse shoe pitching. NB: Spa pool shown in photos is private, not avail for bnb use.
