The rooms range in size and comfort; 1. Private Master Bedroom with queen bed 12sqm with ensuite and view and sliding door to deck. 2. 9sqm room with queen bed & built ins. 4. 8.5sqm room with double bed & built ins. The house is elevated and has a light and open full length north facing deck. Perfect for chilling when back at home from the site. Furniture has been updated since photos, and the house will only have necessary items for a holiday. Guests will have linen and towels provided. Can provide car + surfboards for additional cost. Can arrange daily cleaning, any catering requirements or private transport at additional cost. There can be a host upon arrival if required, otherwise keys can be left for guests. Host will be on call if necessary. Please note: Apartment with tenant on same property with access to yard but very private. Guests to be mindful of the tenants downstairs. Guests do not have access to the garage or clothes washing facilities. However there is plenty of parking and daily washing service can be arranged if requested.
