A well-equipped kitchen and 3 dining areas, a comfortable lounge room, 2.5 bathrooms and undercover parking, guarantee your stay will be safe and easy. Linen (bedding, sheets, towels, beach towels) is provided, as well as a portable cot and basics in the kitchen and bathrooms. Free wi-fi is available and the house has two TV’s (one upstairs and one downstairs with Fetch), books and games also available, but the real magic comes with exploring the surrounding areas starting with Caves Beach itself. The beach is patrolled from September to April from 8.30am to 5pm. Explore the caves and rock pools. You might like to book a surfing lesson or organise to go diving in the area. Take a walk along the headland and enjoy the many scenic views across the ocean. Breathe in the fresh air and relax! The nearby shopping centre provides for all your daily needs, with larger shops available at nearby Swansea, Charlestown or Newcastle. Restaurants and take away outlets are also available in Caves Beach and surrounding towns. The Caves Beach Hotel is within walking distance. Caves Beach enables visitors to totally focus on the ultimate beach holiday, or to combine beach enjoyment with some one day trips to areas such as the wineries of the Hunter Valley, where you can enjoy a winery tour or a major concert which are also held frequently (bus travel available from Swansea to the concerts). There are also many activities in the Newcastle region including multiple beaches, Williamtown RAAF base, many culinary and artistic opportunities, a jazz festival in August and the Newcastle 500 supercar event in November.
