A comfortable, cosy and generous 100 sq. m. apartment with 3 rooms, big bathroom and garden invite you to enjoy your stay in town. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house and has its own entrance. A garden and terrace with garden furniture are available, and a charcoal BBQ is available for use during summer as well. The place is located in a calm and upscale district of Vienna. Ideal for families, business-travellers, long-stay visitors in Vienna or guests that value nature and calm areas. Free public parking spots are available in front of the building. The proximity to the recreational park “Lainzer Tiergarten” (20 minutes by foot) allows guests to enjoy walks, runs or bicycle tours nearby. • The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including amenities such as a Nespresso coffeemaker, a Bar with Barstools and a dining table. • The cosy living room invites to relax but also allows for plenty of entertainment options on the TV with Surround Sound system. • The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and guests can find ample storage place in the walk-in closet. • In the bathroom, guests will find amenities such as a bathtub, a rainfall shower and a pissoir. Towels and other amenities are provided. • The entire apartment is equipped with WIFI internet and comfortable floor heating for the colder months as well. • A sofa bed allows for up to four guests to stay in the apartment. While the garden is shared with the remainder of the house, the apartment has a dedicated terrace with garden furniture and sunshade. The district is not only known for good Austrian restaurants and recreational areas but also offer sightseeing points such as the Schönbrunn Palace or the Zoo Vienna. A pharmacy and supermarket are within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus stop “Gobergasse” is within 3 minutes walking distance. From there, a 15 to 18-minute bus ride with the lines 54A or 54B leads to the subway station “Ober St. Veit” (subway line “U4”). The subway ride to the city centre takes about 20 further minutes. The highlight of the estate is the calm area, fantastic natural and recreational environment and generously sized apartment. Public parking spots in front of the house are free of charge, and the in-house garage can be used to park cars, motorcycles or bicycles as well.
