Newly Remodeled Spacious Oeiras Apartment

We have newly modernized this spacious apartment by remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms. The full kitchen has brand new appliances including a dishwasher. There's also a washer & dryer in-unit, and 2 verandas. It's walking distance to many things including various supermarkets, restaurants, and schools (so car is optional). The apt is right in between Lisbon & Cascais, & a short 15 minute walk will get you to the train station, 20min to the beach promenade, & 5min drive to Carcavellos Beach. The apartment is not your typical rental place. It’s our “pied-a-terre”. Rental is not our priority. It’s our home away from home. Unlike many rental places with barely the minimum items, we have everything you could possible need. I’m a former restauranteur with love for food and wine. Yes, I live to eat! In our place you will find almost anything to prepare a full meal, as well as adequate dishes and glasses. I recently stayed at an apartment that didn’t have even a wine glass. To me in a wine consumption country that’s not acceptable. Hope you enjoy that place that I love. As I former B&B owner I love to meet all my guests. Because I live outside Portugal that’s not possible. I have a relative to represent me when guests arrive. I’m available to communicate by phone or email. The apartment is located in Nova Oeiras, a trendy area close to many schools, yet very quite. Tagus Park is a short drive away. The climate is moderate year round. The apartment is about a 15min walk to the nearest train station that connects Oeiras to Cascais and Lisbon and other places. It's about a 20min walk to Santo Amaro de Oeiras Beach and the Beach Promenade. We're across the street from Modelo Supermarket and 3 blocks from pastry shops, cafes and a bank (Caixa Geral de Depósitos ) so there's really no need for a car. Please inquire about great restaurants in the vicinity. In those restaurants you will not find turistas unless a local person recommends it to them. To me it’s not just the price....you get authentic Portuguese food. Most famous beaches are 30 minutes or less by foot. Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, Lisboa are all a short drive.
