My place is close to Falmouth and Truro on a tidal creek of the river Fal. . You’ll love it because of its beautiful, quiet setting yet convenient location to explore Cornwall. Little Narabo is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families . The 2 storey accomodation is annexed to my home with an acre of beautiful gardens for you to enjoy. Plenty of room for car parking . Piano in your living area. I am a qualified aromatherapist offering Indian Head massage. Little Narabo is a hidden gem up a leafy lane close to the village of Devoran which has a popular pub and a village hall which hosts many events. I have lived and raised my children here and the creek at high tide is lovely for swimming and boating. There are many beautiful walks to explore from the doorstep while the beaches of the north and south Cornish coast are a short drive away. For shopping we are 10 minutes to the county town of Truro and 15 from the port and University town of Falmouth. The nearest shop which has its own butchers and bakery is in the neighbouring village of Carnon Downs . Relatives and friends who have stayed with us always remark on the comfort of the beds and the lovely linen. Guests have access to a washing machine during their stay. Guests have their own access to the property on both floors and the living room on the first floor room opens onto a private decking area and lawn. The hammock in the orchard area can be used by guests as can all of the acre of beautiful garden. Please note the sat nav will not bring you to the property. After you have turned left towards Devoran from the A39 Truro-Falmouth road. Drive along the bottom road to enter Devoran. Carry on past the village hall on your left. You will see the creek on your right and the road turns sharply left . You then turn almost immediately right which is the Old Tram road . You will see a very large retaining wall on your left . Turn left immediately after this by a telegraph pole. It is a steep lane with grass growing in the middle. Carry on right to the top of the hill ( bumpy at the top) and you will drive through an open gate to reach your holiday destination. Welcome! Myself and my husband and live annexed to the guest accommodation. Most of the time I shall be next door if you need help and advice . I have lived in Cornwall most of my life and will be able to tell you of places often undiscovered by most tourists. Devoran and this area of the Fal is unique in that it is classed as an area of outstanding natural beauty but is not over-run by tourism . The community has much to offer visitors with a good pub serving local beers and food , a village hall with many events and a regatta. Devoran is on the cycle trail that runs from the north to the south coast . Bikes are available to hire locally. For those coming by car we have plenty of parking space . Devoran is also on a bus route and not far from a railway station at Perranwell. Although I have specified one double and one single bed it is easy to accommodate another child with a camp bed.
