One of the two double shower cabins incorporates a steam room, lights, radio, blue tooth, shower jets which children love. Car parking on the drive or on the adjacent road (free). We ask that guests park ONLY in front of this house rather than neighbours houses. It is common practice to park half on the pavements as you will see. If you need extra parking, please park on the hill opposite. Areas in front of other adjacent houses, even if empty, should be left clear for their visitors. When present, the host may use the bedroom and toilet next to the utility room in the garage Quiet neighbourhood and this is semi-detached with thin walls so strictly no parties. Please ensure no loud talking /music late evening which could impact on my next door neighbour. I have elderly neighbours on the other side so no excessive noise returning home in the evening please or in the garden. Also, no sitting out the front drinking. If children want to let off steam, there is the nearby playground with football posts, basketball nets and swings. Due to the Pandemic, we ask that you maintain social distancing from neighbours, ie. no congregating outside at the front of the property. The living room is complete with log burner and a television with Sky basic package and a DVD player with many dvds for young children. If in residence, because of the Pandemic, the host will use the facilities in the annexe which has a bed and toilet, etc. Quiet residential neighbourhood with amazing views of Skipton Moor Pleasant 10/15 minute walk into the centre of town. 6 minute walk to Skipton Castle's historic woods and onward countryside. Very suitable for children, with a small playground a couple of hundred metres away. The house is close to main bus routes which include services into the Dales and 1 mile from Skipton Railway Mainline Station (Taxi fare £5 to £6). For short stays a good selection of food and drink for you to make a continental or cooked breakfast will be provided. This includes fresh farm milk, juice, bread, bacon, eggs, preserves, cereals, etc. Guests are also welcome to cook for themselves at any time. It is possible to have up to nine guests in the three bedrooms. The two bathrooms are for guests use only. The washing machine is in the annexe Quiet neighbourhood and this is semi detached, so no parties please but you are welcome to have friends/relatives to visit.
