Your relaxing Bilyara experience begins with a "Welcome" Wine & Cheese platter in your private Pool House. The Pool House is situated on the pool deck & is everything you need to enjoy the the fabulous views yonder, including wi/fi, slow combustion stove to keep you toasty warm on the cooler nights, BBQ, big screen TV, cd/dvd player, lounges & day bed, bar, dining suite, crockery etc, microwave, electric frypan, toaster, coffee making facility, full size fridge, & dvd/cd's. The Pool House is fully screened/enclosed with floor to ceiling sliders so you never miss a moment of that spectacular view! The fully stocked Firepit is available to you to sit around & enjoy a wine & the ambience. The pool deck & all surrounding areas are yours to enjoy. Splash in the pool, read under the brolly or just stroll the gardens. Maybe a bubbly after dinner is on the menu! Fully refurbished upstairs mezzanine level is your private space, including lounge/dining room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath & separate toilet. Beautifully appointed rooms in Vintage style makes for a unique experience. All 3 bedrooms are large: Bedroom 1 is a Queen room, Bedroom 2 is a Double & the 3rd is a Double room with hand basin & balcony. All 4 beds have electric blankets. Enjoy your home made breakfast in your lounge/dining room, pool house or by the pool. Lounge/Dining room has TV, Microwave, Coffee & Tea making facility, iBomb, DVD Player & DVD's, Fridge with bottled water & milk for a cuppa. Hit the gym or enjoy a game of snooker, both at your disposal. You are welcome to use the Laundry with Dryer. Guests will have their own Gate control & House keys. We are central to many attractions such as the Hinze Dam which is a fantastic recreational destination, featuring lakeside parks, walking, bike and horse trails, toilet facilities and barbeque areas for public use.  Springbrook National Park is perfect for bushwalks, picnics, waterfalls & amazing views. The many Theme Parks are a great day out & Robina Shopping Centre is full of restaurants, cafes, 10 Pin Bowling & Event Cinemas. Also close by is Mudgeeraba Village, boasting many restaurants, cafes, fresh food market, bakeries, take-away outlets, Friday Sunset Market with live music & the Wallaby Hotel - all at your doorstep. The Casino, beaches/surf clubs & vibrant nightlife are all 20 minutes away & legendry Tamborine Mountain is approx. 40 minutes. Heading south is beautiful Byron Bay & surrounding areas... well worth the hour's drive. Car/hire, Cab or Uber. Lounge/Living Room is air-conditioned, all bedrooms have a ceiling fan. But there is always a lovely breeze blowing! Heater available, but fireplace from the main house warms your mezzanine level. Pool House has a slow combustion fireplace.
