Fairwinds is a light and peaceful home that compliments its beach location. It has four exterior living spaces (two patios and two raised deckings) with views of Burgh Island and the sea. It is positioned on Parker Road; a two-minute walk to the beach. A perfect base for couples, families, or those wanting a restful break by the sea. Location: Surrounded by wonderful sandy beaches including the iconic Burgh Island, and within walking distance of a locally-run café and the famous Pilchard Inn. The interior includes 2 super king beds and one double and a single. It has two external enclosed spaces ideal for containing your dog if required . Parking is limited to two spaces. One in front of right hand garage and one offset close to the fence, this allows easier access for my neighbours into their property. Always available via Airbnb, i have a local person who is there in emergencies to deal with queries etc If you do have a dog can you make sure that the property is checked and that the outside areas are free from any dog mess.
