Quiet neighborhood. Two bedrooms are rented individually, a double one and a single one, both with views to the outside. The rest of the apartment is shared. I chose it for its light and the quietness and security that the neighborhood offers. Also because of the good connection of the area by public transportation. After meeting my partner, I moved to another apartment with him, so I decided to share my old home with my guests. The apartment is very well connected. My apartment is conditioned and prepared for students or professionals who come to the city to do internships or job projects. Our legislation does not allow me to rent it for stays of less than 32 nights, so it must be proven that you are coming to study or work at the city.
