Quiet and big in the heart of Grado

This Apt. has independent terraces in all bedroom, two independent rooms for your your privacy if you have kids and an independent kitchen where you can take your time to cook, if you like to. You only need 5 minutes walk to get everywhere: to the beach too! The whole Apt is at your own disposal when you reserve it. I live in the same building so if you need anything I will be happy to help you! Located within walking distance from everywhere: beach, old city, restaurants, supermarket, bus station etc. Please feel free to ask me any questions. I'm happy to give advice and recommendations if you like. I usually welcome you upon arrival. The Municipality of Grado introduced the Tourist Tax. The tax applies to overnight stays for tourists for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. The tax applicable for this accommodation facility is 0,80 euro per person per night. The following exemptions apply: * minors up to 18 years; * volunteers who serve in calamity; * the disabled and the non self-sufficient people and their companion; * students taking part in school trips, without age limit.
