Stunning large country farmhouse with huge hot tub

A large country house with everything you could need for a family or friend catch up. Ample space inside and outside with amazing views from all angles. Plenty of walks in the local area and only 15 minutes from Lincoln city centre. Use of tennis court and hot tub with all stays included in the price. Plenty of space with a games room, including a pool table, table tennis and ample board games. A tennis court is available for use. A large hot tub which seats 10 people comfortably. There is a huge kitchen with seating and crockery for 14 people. Just off the kitchen is a snug with tv and sofas. There is a utility which has a washing machine and tumble drier. A further living room has additional seating and TV. There is a double bedroom downstairs with an en-suite. Upstairs there are 4 large en-suite bedrooms all with super king size beds. 2 of which have a bath in the en-suites. All parts of the house are a available for use. Depending on how many guests, some bedrooms would be closed off if not needed to prevent additional cleaning. Outside the garden is huge. There is a working farm opposite so guests would need to stick to the allowed areas to keep safe. I always greet guests on arrival and come and clean the hot tub each morning. I am available via phone at all points if there is anything guests need. Close to Lincoln City Centre. There is a bus stop in Potterhanworth, which is only 5-10 minutes walk from the house. Plenty of close villages with pubs. Woodhall spa is only 20 minutes away with a cinema and lots of restaurants and attractions. A car would be required really for this stay. A bus stop is close by.
